One of the most common questions we receive at Navélia is: how far in advance should I book? The answer depends on your destination, season, and the type of yacht you're seeking.
Peak Season (July to August)
For Saint-Tropez and Monaco in July and August, we recommend booking 3 to 6 months ahead. The most desirable yachts fill up by March or April.
Event Periods
During the Monaco Grand Prix (late May or early June) and Cannes Film Festival (May), book 6 to 12 months ahead. Premium yachts and port berths are in extreme demand.
Shoulder Season (May to June, September to October)
More flexibility. Booking 1 to 3 months ahead usually secures good options. Last-minute availability is sometimes possible.
Off Season (November to April)
Winter charters can often be arranged with 2 to 4 weeks' notice. Many yachts offer discounted rates and flexible terms during this period.
